A missed call can mean a missed conversation with someone who needs legal help. JurisVoice is an AI voice receptionist MVP for small immigration law firms, designed around after-hours reception, multilingual intake, and a clear handoff to the legal team.
I’m building the product as a solo founder, designer, and full-stack developer: connecting the voice workflow, a desktop portal, and a mobile companion. English and Spanish are the initial focus; Arabic remains beta. Personal-injury workflows are a later expansion.
The visuals below are cropped UI design mockups with illustrative data, rather than live client screenshots.
Desktop portal
The key journey is a call becoming an actionable record: review the summary, understand the intake, then decide who follows up. The portal organizes calls, leads, and alerts around that journey rather than adding unrelated case-management tools.
Managing attorneys, office managers, and intake staff need different views. I mapped owner, manager, and staff permissions into the navigation, visible actions, and access-denied states, with firm and role boundaries enforced in the backend.
A shared brand board and screen specifications keep the desktop and mobile experiences consistent. Charcoal and electric blue establish hierarchy; Montserrat supports readable interface text, while Playfair Display gives the identity a legal-services character.
From intake to follow-up

Webhook handlers translate call events into call, lead, and alert records.
Postgres, Auth, Storage, and Edge Functions support both apps. Row-level policies scope data by firm and role.
The web portal and native mobile companion read the same data. Realtime updates and live-call timers make ongoing work visible.
This describes the implemented architecture in the repository, rather than a claim of production reliability or verified end-to-end service performance.
The React Native / Expo app shares the portal’s Supabase backend and focuses on checking calls, reviewing leads, and responding to alerts. It carries the same role boundaries and visual language into a smaller screen, while firm administration stays on the web.
The mobile design reference shown here is limited to overview cards. Its figures are sample content, not customer or adoption metrics.

JurisVoice is an MVP in pilot validation. Customer outcomes, production reliability, and legal-compliance results have not been established by this case study.
